Where we ship from
Every piece is made to order and ships from the USA.
How much shipping costs
- Free shipping on every order over $85, anywhere we ship.
- Under $85, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. In the United States it is usually about $6.
- Need it sooner? Where your items qualify, priority options appear at checkout: about 1 to 2 business days in the United States, 2 to 5 business days internationally.
How long it takes
Your order is made for you first, then shipped:
- Production: 2 to 3 business days for message card jewelry. Watches take 3 to 7 business days. Personalized wall decor takes 10 to 14 days.
- US delivery: 2 to 5 business days after production.
- International delivery: 3 to 10 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.
So a typical US message card order arrives 4 to 8 business days after you place it. Around major holidays, order a little early; we will always tell you honestly if timing gets tight.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page. If your tracking link is not working, email support@celestejewel.shop and we will sort it out.
Delays
Occasionally a carrier or customs delay pushes an order past the windows above. If your package is taking too long, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. We cannot control customs processing, local duties, or taxes on international orders.
