Upon receiving your order, it normally takes one to two business days to process before shipping. For our custom jewelry, it can take up to five business days to process the order.
Shipping time varies by location. Delivery time for US orders is estimated at 4-7 business days. Delivery time for international orders is 1-3 weeks from date of dispatch.
For custom jewelry orders, shipping to the US usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 4-12 business days to arrive, depending on location. These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean your item arrives slightly later than this.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
When your items are shipped out, you will receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll help you out!
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.
